Manage market conduct as required by company and regulator to maintain sales quality. Responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance with regulatory and ethical standards related to market conduct, sales practice, customer interactions and product distribution.

- Review product and marketing material
- Conduct regular monitoring analysis by detecting any violation, misconduct and mis-selling activities in order to maintain good quality of sales
- Perform analysis and investigation to obtain information to be used as recommendation for related parties to solve the mis-conduct or fraud cases
- Design and develop examination process and perform Market Conduct Testing
- Monitor the implementation of Market Conduct testing, remediation action as result of internal / Regulatory Audit Finding and market conduct Annual Plan
- Ensure the compliance to Market Conduct Group Policy, Internal Policy and applicable regulation
- Provide advice based on Market Conduct Compliance perspective in order to align with company policy
- Develop and update Standard Operation Procedure and Working Instruction
- Provide support to Market Conduct Manager and team
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
Min 5 years experiences in Market Conduct or Compliance or Internal Audit in Insurance Industry / Financial Industries.Ability to diagnose root causes and provide on solutions to Market Conduct and Fraud CasesMs OfficeProficient level of knowledge on Market Conduct and Insurance business practiceJob Category : Compliance
