Get to Know the Role

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you'll manage complex, cross-functional programs that span Grab's Tech and Operational teams. You'll be the bridge between business and engineering, ensuring seamless delivery of new features that enhance everyday experiences for our users. You'll define roadmaps, guide delivery, and improve processes using a data-driven approach—all while embracing and advocating for Grab's culture and principles. You will report to the Lead Technical Program Manager. You will be based fully on-site in Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Drive roadmap planning and prioritization with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Analytics, and other functional leads.
• Advise on and navigate complex issues that span tech, business, and product domains.
• Own delivery for large, cross-org programs and act as an advisor for a broader portfolio.
• Facilitate technical whiteboard sessions and remove blockers to keep projects moving.
• Collaborate with other TPMs to manage project timelines, track progress, and report status—ensuring delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Continuously identify and implement ways to improve delivery efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional communications and resolve executive-level escalations with sensible judgment.
• Efficient in doing process optimisation and scale it
