Job Description

Lead And Manage A Team Of Engineers In Developing And Implementing Mine Plans
Ensure Safety, Efficiency, And Profitability Of Mining Operations Through Optimized Coal Extraction
Develop Detailed Mine Designs, Scheduling, And Cost Estimates Using Advanced Computer Modeling Software
Manage Budgets, Timelines, And Resources, And Communicate Progress And Issues To Senior Management

Requirement

Bachelor\'s degree in mining engineering or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in mine planning and / or operations

Proficiency in advanced computer modeling software for mine planning and design

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
