Electrical Engineer

PT Synergy Engineering is a multidisciplinary engineering consultant specializing in the Oil & Gas, Power, and Energy industries. With more than two decades of experience, we deliver high-quality engineering services, from Conceptual Studies, Pre-FEED, FEED, to Detailed Engineering Design (DED), for both local and international projects. Role & Responsibilities

As an Electrical Engineer , you will be part of our dynamic engineering team, responsible for supporting national and international projects. Your main responsibilities include :

Conducting Power System Studies using DIgSILENT PowerFactory and ETAP (load flow, short circuit, motor starting, protection coordination, arc flash, etc.).

Performing electrical design and engineering calculations , such as equipment sizing, data sheets, specifications, and single-line diagrams.

Preparing Material Take Off (MTO), Request for Quotation (RFQ) , and evaluating vendor documents.

Supporting multi-discipline teams in FEED and DED stages of onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities, power plants, and industrial projects.

Ensuring designs comply with international codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, API, etc.).

Assisting senior engineers in project execution, client meetings, and technical discussions.

Preparing technical reports and project documentation.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer who meets the following criteria :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power / High Voltage is preferred).

4 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering design.

Familiar and hands-on experience with DIgSILENT PowerFactory (mandatory). Experience in ETAP is a plus.

Experience in engineering consultancy, Oil & Gas, or Power Industry projects is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards .

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) .

A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.

Willing to be based in our BSD – South Tangerang office .
