People Operations Internship supports various People functions, including recruitment assistance and operational tasks.
This role will gain hands-on experience in People operations, employee lifecycle documentation, and internal communications.
The internship offers practical exposure to how HRIS and data contribute to efficient people management, while also involving tasks such as maintaining employee records and supporting employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update HRIS , gaining hands-on experience with human resources technology and tools.
Provide operational and administrative support to the People team , gaining exposure to the behind-the-scenes work that enables smooth and efficient end-to-end human resource processes.
Assist with the creation and posting of job descriptions across multiple platforms, learning how to craft compelling and targeted content to attract top talent.
Support the reference check process for certain roles by coordinating communication, gathering feedback, and learning how candidate assessments are validated in the final hiring stages.
Assist in developing and organizing content for employer branding purposes , including social media posts, testimonials, and campaign assets.
Support in maintaining accurate records for employee onboarding and offboarding processes , coordinating with related stakeholders as needed.
Support in creating internal communications related to people initiatives, including infographics and copywriting.
Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable working with data and open to learning how it supports recruitment decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office and / or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), Canva; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Able to be fully based in Bandung.
