We are currently seeking a Lead Indirect Procurement Buyer, reporting directly to the Lead Indirect Procurement, to join our team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

About the role :

• Optimizes procurement policies, programs, and procedures in accordance with guidelines set by Top Management and stakeholder objectives.
• Recommends necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
• Schedules and distributes work among team members.
• Provides recommendations to stakeholders, presenting equitable solutions for the company.
• Handles complex, strategic purchasing activities within the category.
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with vendors to develop and enhance the company's reputation.
