We are looking for a self-driven talent for an Assistant Director of Loss & Prevention to work with our Loss & Prevention team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraudulent activity.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of all areas of the property to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standards.
- Work with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed.
- Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring all costs are controlled and within guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or related professional area.Has in-depth knowledge of local and state laws related to loss prevention and safety.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, or a related field.
