Job descriptionMinimum 8 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing or similar industry Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Proficient in Mandarin, both written and verbal Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights Proven experience in leading and managing a team of finance professionals Thorough knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Collaborate with commercial teams to create the measurement and tracking of execution and results of each commercial program & initiative. Review and understand cause of deviation from results and correction plan. Assist in the creation of commercial execution plans, ensuring there is clarity amongst the commercial teams of what is expected, and how we will deliver the opportunities identified. Partnering with Commercial team for Distributor / Customer review including creation of Distributor / Customer P&L and any other financial metric. Provide monthly report & analysis on Channel / Customer / Product profitability. Delivering business analysis projects, e.g. spends optimization to improve the effectiveness of spends. Prioritization of packs, channel, customers to drive greater returns on investments. Conduct a quarterly pricing review and provide price index vs COGS index. Own or manage proactive project efforts to identify actionable value creation programs that drive results for the business unit – track and report on results as delivered. Annual Trading Term review to drive cost optimization. Personally demonstrate Kimberly-Clark's leadership behaviors (build trust, make decisions, win consistently, think customer, continuously improve, and build talent). Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Team player, able to work independently, with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively towards multiple deadlines / tasks. Excellent analytical / problem solving skills / advanced analytical skills. Knowledge of pricing tools and systems. Excellent time management skills, sense of urgency, able to prioritize. Ability and desire to influence / drive change. Ability to work with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively. Enthusiastic, resilient and able to manage pressured situations. Fluent in English a must. Ability to operate Ms. Excel and Power Point is a must. Willing to be located in BSD, Tangerang Selatan. Budgeting & Cost Control Cash Flow Management Leadership & Coordination Financial operations, budget management, and financial planning skills. Experience in financial analysis and preparing financial statements. Regulatory compliance and audit coordination skills. Expertise in accounts payable and receivable management. Strong proficiency with financial software and accounting principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work on-site in Ciracas. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting Minimum 3-5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager Experience in any financial Accounting roles Has experience in the property industry Understand of budgeting, short and long-term In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and industry legislation Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy Good communication and presentation skills Excellent teamwork skills Interpersonal relationship skills Plan and develop policies and system management Finance & Accounting Prepare, create, review, monitoring and manage budgets Coordinate and carry out financial planning and analysis to be able to provide input in making business decisions, for investment needs, expansion, operations and other financial conditions Coordinate and control the implementation of accounting functions in the company Plan, coordinate, and control the companys cash flow, account balances, receivables, and payables Fluent in Mandarin as daily working language, able to communicate effectively in daily work and professional interactions, those candidates with relevant certification such as HSK 5-6. Familiar with Chinese and Indonesian accounting policies, possessing comprehensive financial expertise, as well as experience in account review and report verification. Good understanding in Chinese and Indonesian tax policies, capable of coordinating the company's tax planning and cash management. Proficient in cost management and data analysis, capable of performing budget control and financial analysis. Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in overseas (Chinese & Indonesia) enterprises or over 5 years of financial work experience in a multinational group company. Minimum bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields. A mid-level accounting title or a relevant internationally recognized financial certification, such as CPA, ACCA, will be prioritized. Proficient in practical accounting management such as review, improve, and implement financial management system, manage accounting subjects and accounting rules, oversee the management of external financial statements and financial reports including coordinating annual audits and related-party transactions, etc. Budget managing including organise budgeting activities, prepare company finance budget, Track and analyses budget, Manage budget targets, etc. Tax management including tax-related work (tax registration for new businesses, daily tax reporting, annual tax reporting, and providing tax consulting related to contract signing for business departments) etc. Able to conduct tax audit and provide Indonesia tax planning according to the law and tax risk alert remind. Fund Management, include fund rolling plan and daily fund management. Business financial management including manage financial aspects of contract, oversee project financial management, and align business data with financial data. Handling other additional Financial Management Matters for between Indonesia office and overseas Headquarters (China).
