Our client has over 200 outlets to date with +1 new store added every other day. They are creating several new brands into new categories every single year. They rapidly iterate, constantly reinvent, and obsessively experiment when it comes to product innovation and consumer experience.
Responsibilities
Research global and local math curricula to identify best practices.Design and develop age-appropriate, engaging math curriculum for ages 3–6 and 7–12.Create lesson plans, materials, and teaching strategies tailored to developmental needs.Train and support teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery.Regularly update and improve curriculum based on feedback and learning outcomes.Collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure program success.Eventually take part in academic operations (teacher performance, scheduling, etc.).Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Education, or related field (Master’s a plus).Minimum 3 years experience in curriculum development or teaching math to children.Strong understanding of child development and early math pedagogy.Familiar with approaches like Singapore Math, Montessori, or similar.Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.Open to innovation and educational trends.
