Your Role : Manager, Engineering – Growth Platforms

Paystone is looking for an Engineering Manager to guide our Automated Growth and Atom engineering teams — critical to our marketing automation and payments platform.

What You’ll Do : Lead and Inspire

• Manage, mentor, and coach software engineers and tech leads
• Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-minded team culture
• Drive performance management, career development, and goal-setting for your team
• Step in to support squads on architectural decisions, code reviews, and security matters

Who You Are :

Experienced : 10+ years in software development, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.

Technically Strong : Hands-on expertise with TypeScript and at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

Strategic & Decisive : Able to prioritize, plan, and make technical decisions that scale with business growth.

SaaS-Focused : Experience building, scaling, and maintaining SaaS platforms — bonus if you've worked in marketing tech or payments.

People-Centric : You lead with empathy, communicate effectively, and foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
