Overview

The Position will responsible for all aspects of HR operations in the company and report to the HR Corporate Head.

Education : minimal S1 Psychology or related from reputable university and certified to conduct psychological tests and analysis.

Minimum 7 years experience in the HR area. Experience in nickel mining or nickel smelter industry preferred.

Mastering various HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, payroll process, income tax, Development, industrial relations, etc.

Experienced in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and have a good understanding about management system, SOP, and Company Culture.

Fluency in English is a must. Male or Female with max age 35. Strong leadership & High-level thinking skills.

Placement in Jakarta Head Office, SCBD, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on all HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Oversee the HR team and foster a positive, engaged, and productive work environment
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Qualifications
