Job descriptionServe as the main point of contact for EMS-related questions and technical support. Diagnose and resolve issues related to EMS modules. Escalate software bugs or system requests to the development team when necessary. 1-3 years of experience in application training, support, or HR operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner. Previous experience supporting or training on HR software or ERP systems is an advantage.

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Trainer & Application Support Specialist to support our Employee Management System (EMS). You will be responsible for educating users and ensuring smooth daily operations by providing first-level support, helping teams leverage the system efficiently for HR processes including attendance, leave management, payroll, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Training :
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions (on-site and remote) to new and existing users.
- Create and maintain user manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs tailored to EMS features.
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and update materials accordingly.
