Under the supervision of the HSS Specialist, the HSS Field Officer is responsible to ensure successful day to day implementation of activities related with the piloting of comprehensive SRH service for women and girls in health facilities. S / he is seconded in the pilot health service in Semarang and will work directly and closely with the VAW and Clinical Forensic Center through provision of technical support. The HSS Field Officer is also responsible to support the VAW and Clinical Forensic Center to strengthen the referral system in Semarang City.
This position reports to the HSS Specialist and s / he will need to coordinate with other units and relevant staff in Yayasan Ipas Indonesia.
Position is based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah
Primary Responsibilities
Planning
- Under the leadership of the HSS Specialist, contribute to the development of a detailed implementation plan (DIP) to pilot comprehensive SRH service for women and girls in health facilities.
- Provide input for the HSS Specialist and Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer on opportunities and allies at city and provincial level to strengthen the comprehensive SRH service for women and girls in health facilities
Program Management
Conduct activities relevant with the piloting of comprehensive SRH service for women and girls in health facilitiesLiaise between the VAW and Clinical Forensic Center in the pilot health facility with diverse technical support – clinical and non clinical – available in HSS and other units in Ipas IndonesiaSupport the VAW and Clinical Forensic Center in the pilot health facility to introduce the comprehensive SRH service for women and girls to relevant stakeholders in city and provincial levelMonitoring & Evaluation
Conduct regular monitoring to the health facilities where the comprehensive SRH services for women and girls is pilotedReport progress of piloting the comprehensive SRH service for women and girls on monthly basisSupport any fieldwork to draw lesson learned from piloting comprehensive SRH service for women and girls in health facilitiesFinance
Plan activity budget and report its utilization according to Ipas Indonesia's regulationProvide overview of budget utilization in the field on monthly basisHR & Administration
Understand and comply with the HR regulation in Yayasan Ipas IndonesiaEnsure all activities comply with the regulation in Ipas IndonesiaDocument program activities and other relevant documents and products and shared with related staffs and unit, particularly HSS Specialist and MEL OfficerEthics

Bachelor Degree in relevant field (reproductive health or public health) with more than 3 years of working experience in development work.Experience working in a non-profit organization.Experience working in health facility such as hospital or clinicDemonstrated experience in working with health facilities, health professionals, as well as government and non-government stakeholders.
