Description

Ensure the business achieves both short term and long-term revenue targets

Drive the sales strategy to deliver portfolio growth

Develop strong relationships with key customers, securing increased long-lasting business

Engage and lead the sales force, increasing capability and productivity

Work closely with the operational leads to optimize sales & marketing strategy

Establish and monitor sales KPIs, managing sales activity & forecasts

Assist the team with networking, pricing, bids and tenders

Manage and optimize the use of digital tools

Job Requirements

University graduated with engineering or management background

Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Sales

Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Indonesian and English.

Strong analytical and managerial skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
