Senior Administration / Accounting Manager

Braime Components Indonesia (4B Indonesia), a wholly owned subsidiary of The 4B Group & 4B Components Ltd ( We have been manufacturing components for bucket elevator & conveyor systems since 1888.
Qualifications & experience
- Be proficient with English, written and spoken, as this role will require communicating with a head office finance team in another country.
- Have formal accounting qualifications with at least 5-10 years post graduate experience.
- Experience with using ERP software (preferred).
- Sound understanding and knowledge of maintaining a business general ledger and balance sheet.
- Able to use or have experience with E-Faktur and Coretax.
- Have experience in PIB (Import Tax).
- A sound understanding of employer / employee BPJS obligations.
- Able to use cloud-based HR / Payroll system.
- Proficient with MS Office software, especially MS Excel.
- Aware of the new Coretax system being implemented in Indonesia.
Tasks & responsibilities
Input all financial transactions into ERP system, including general data entry.Manage both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) inputs and requirements.Conduct company financial transactions and bank reconciliations.Receipting of goods inwards, and general inventory management.Create reports on company financial activities.Enter expenditure data into the ERP system.Understand and manage all aspects of Withholding Tax (WHT).Manage all aspects of HR / Payroll including reports required for BPJS.Generate a weekly cashflow report, using an Excel template.Person
The person must have proven experience in a similar administrative / accounting role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage complex workloads.This role suits a person who enjoys a challenge and is looking for career development.Initially, as the business will be in the start-up phase, the person will be working autonomously and must be able to work unsupervised.Should be adept at problem solving and identifying improvements that contribute to business success.As the company grows, it is expected that this senior person will manage and oversee others in the Indonesian admin / finance team.We are looking for people who are interested in gaining long term employment only.The successful candidate will report directly to a local Indonesian director of the company (also based at the Tangerang office) and an Australasian regional director.As this role is critical to the success of the business, a very generous salary is offered to attract high calibre candidates to apply.The role requires communicating with 4B Head Office with a high command of English language skills both spoken and written.All shortlisted candidates will be required to provide references from previous employers and undertake a brief online skills assessment before being considered for this role.Commencement
