Job Description
- Retrieve medical record files from storage shelves and distribute them to departments that require them
- Take medical record files and rearrange the files according to predetermined rules or standards
- Align and organize examination results into each patient file as well save the medical record file back to the storage shelf
- Control medical record storage shelves
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and / or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department / unit targets
