- Experience in any financial accounting roles
- Experience in the property industry
- Understanding of budgeting, short and long-term
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and industry legislation
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
