Warehouse B2B Manager

Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end B2B operations — from order processing, warehouse coordination, to last-mile delivery — enabling Allofresh to deliver consistent service levels, optimize cost, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily B2B order fulfillment and delivery operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and product quality.
• Manage warehouse, logistics vendors, and cold chain processes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor key cost drivers (delivery, breakage, manpower) and implement initiatives to improve margin and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply, and Finance teams to align demand forecast, stock planning, and pricing execution.
• Develop SOPs and dashboards to improve visibility, traceability, and accountability across the B2B operation flow.
• Lead and mentor the B2B operations team; foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
