Location : Bogor, West Java (Hybrid working days)

Company : Our Client (Global Manufacturing Industry)

Our client is looking for a Legal Manager to join their team! If you have a strong background in commercial law and business regulations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities :

Manage all legal affairs related to the company and its group operations in Indonesia.
Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with local and international business regulations.
Handle contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management.
Support the business in making strategic decisions by assessing legal risks and business implications.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, legal firms, and external stakeholders.
Ensure company compliance with licenses, permits, and corporate governance regulations.
Work closely with internal teams to support legal aspects of business operations.

Job Requirements :

Bachelors degree (S1) in Law.

Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturting industry.

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Strong background in commercial law and regulatory requirements.

Excellent negotiation, drafting, and influencing skills.

Business insight ability to understand profit drivers and growth strategies.

Adaptable and able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates high integrity.

Willing to travel for business when needed.
