Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Executive. Sales to drive new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand revenue streams across display and performance advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow revenue opportunities in Display & Performance advertising; negotiate and close deals with brands and media agencies
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with direct clients and media agencies
- Drive new revenue streams within existing client accounts through cross‑selling and upselling
- Manage end-to-end client relationships — from need identification to solution design, execution, and retention
- Forecast, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with data-driven insights
- Create impactful presentations and proposals to communicate Intellect Ads' value proposition effectively
Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record in selling performance and branding solutions to top clients.Strong understanding of CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPI (Cost Per Install), CPV (Cost Per View), and CPS (Cost Per Sale) models.Prior experience with an ad agency, ad network, or digital media platform preferred.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.Hands‑on experience with multiple sales techniques and CRM tools.Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Ad Sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.Why Join Us?
