What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Lead an engineering organization that delivers first‑class safety‑oriented, cost‑efficient formwork, scaffolding and shoring solutions to clients.
- Develop and execute a local engineering strategy aligned with subsidiary requirements and the global engineering strategy.
- Ensure the development, training and performance of local engineers.
- Track engineering KPIs and proactively drive improvement projects.
- Ensure engineering quality assurance and safety standards in subsidiaries, aligned with PERI policies and standards.
- Cooperate with the subsidiary management team to prioritize projects on a local level and plan engineering resources accordingly.
- Implement and improve project management standards and proactively manage key projects in cooperation with other departments.
- Coordinate interfaces with other departments and align the engineering organization and strategy to market requirements.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Degree in Civil, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 10 years of work experience in construction, with detailed experience in the formwork industry and several years in a leadership role.Expert knowledge of engineering standards and solid business acumen (incl. cost control).Strong technical understanding and experience in construction projects.Excellent leadership and organizational competencies.Proficiency in BricsCAD or AutoCAD (or similar) is essential.Fluent English both oral and written; Bahasa Indonesia (preferably).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels.Very good organizational skills.Intercultural awareness and competence : ability to effectively interact, communicate and collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.Apply online : peri.com / career
