About this Position
The Sales Engineer is responsible for maximizing sales and value adding of the assigned sales territory by developing new business and maintaining existing accounts as well as achieving the sales revenue target.
What you´ll do
- Ensure sales turnover meets / exceeds the target and review pricing with the manager to maintain adequate margins on business
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensure technical support meets requirements, inform about new products / services, and ensure customer satisfaction while complying with company regulations
- Develop new potential customers, acquire new accounts, and maintain a high market share at Key Accounts
- Recommend improvements in existing products or product mix to support Henkel product competitiveness in the market
- Generate reports on sales activities, maintain customer contacts and sales records, monitor stock availability
- Ensure all activities comply with SHE Policy
