Job description
  • Provide and reconcile sales and inventory reports for Commercial / Finance Team on a regular basis with high accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with a Supply Chain & Operations Team to prepare or reconcile stock & claim calculation reports for principals.
  • Assist manager in-charge in preparing financial performance reports with strong analysis.
  • Assist supply chain team to prepare ideal inventory simulations.
  • Provide inventory performance for any Warehouse Location.
  • Assist stock opname process from beginning to end as requested.
  • Have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience working in related fields.
  • Possess strong integrity and a good attitude.
  • Self-motivated and highly initiative.
  • A result-oriented team player with great problem-solving ability.
  • Possess a high level of proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
  • Having knowledge or able to use oracle, Odoo or WMS will be an advantage
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to boost team productivity and minimise errors.
  • Possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess an eagerness to learn and the ability to work in flexible hours.
  • Willing to work in SIRCLO’s warehouse (Tangerang).
