Responsibilities

Provide first level technical support to hotel staff and guests.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
Support the IT Manager with daily operations and projects.
Perform regular system maintenance and backups.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.

Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and MS Office.

Basic understanding of networking concepts.

Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS / POS) is a strong advantage.

Customer service oriented with good communication skills.

A passionate and driven team player.

Eager to learn and grow in the IT field.
