Overview
CVM Campaign Design & Planning is responsible for creating and executing customer value management campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. This role involves strategic planning, creative design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
What will you do
- Develop and implement CVM campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target customer segments and tailor campaigns to their needs.
- Create compelling campaign concepts and messaging.
- Plan and coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Execute campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Work with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
- Communicate campaign plans and results to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Utilize customer data and insights to inform campaign design and strategy.
- Continuously improve campaigns based on customer feedback and behavior.
