We seek a Production Manager with kitchen and cabinetry manufacturing expertise to lead and oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in cabinetry production, and the ability to manage teams, processes, and resources efficiently. This role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality kitchen cabinetry products while optimizing production efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Production Planning and Management :

Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer demands.

Manage, train, and mentor production staff, including operators, CNC machineries, and quality control personnel.

Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet design specifications and standards.

Analyze production workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and supplies.
