We are now looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our high-performing team and drive growth across key sectors including energy, renewables, transportation, manufacturing, cybersecurity, and ESG .
What You’ll Do
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will :
- Drive growth by developing and winning new business with strategic accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives and implement account plans aligned with LRQA’s growth objectives.
- Introduce new services from our expanding portfolio, including those from recent acquisitions.
- Support high-value bids and contribute to winning strategies.
- Act as a local lead for global accounts, collaborating with international colleagues to maximize opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with revenue targets of £–M+, growing year-on-year.Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, revenue growth, and new logo acquisition.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.Lead contract renewals and RFP processes, minimizing risk and maximizing retention.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service delivery, and global account teams.Stay ahead of market trends and client needs to position LRQA as a trusted advisor.What You Bring
years of BB sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience working with large strategic clients and delivering year-on-year growth.Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and one additional business language .Proficiency in Salesforce and standard business software.Experience in proposal development, pricing strategies , and cross-functional collaboration.Desirable) Knowledge of the business assurance sector and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.Why LRQA?
