About Our Client :

Our client is a leading company in the logistics sector and is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead their customer acquisition efforts and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Strategy & Execution of New Customer Acquisition

Develop hunting sales strategies to achieve new client acquisition targets.

  • Execute prospecting approaches, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking to identify potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the logistics sector, including transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Sales Negotiation Management
  • Manage sales processes and ensure effective follow-up with prospects.

  • Conduct sales presentations, service demonstrations, and contract negotiations with potential clients.
  • Prepare business proposals and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Implement value-based selling strategies that highlight the company's service advantages over competitors.
  • Monitoring Targets & Team Performance
  • Set sales acquisition targets and ensure they are met according to company KPIs.

  • Assist and mentor the Sales Hunter team in achieving individual and team targets.
  • Report on sales progress, competitor analysis, and market trends to the Director.
  • Client Relations & Business Development
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and new clients to ensure their satisfaction post-onboarding.

  • Collaborate with operational and customer service teams to ensure services meet new client expectations.
  • Analyze potential business expansion into new segments or areas based on sales data and market feedback.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  • Possess a hunter mindset (proactively seeking new opportunities).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented with leadership qualities for team management.
  • Understanding of pricing aspects, service level agreements (SLA), and business contract negotiation within the logistics industry.
