We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce initiatives and digital marketing activations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce management, and a proven ability to drive online sales. This role requires expertise in digital channels, content strategy, and performance marketing to enhance brand presence and market penetration.

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales of screw and piston compressor products.
  • Manage online marketplaces, company websites, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to optimize digital strategies.
  • Oversee content creation and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Manage budgets for digital marketing and e-commerce activities, optimizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support offline marketing efforts when necessary, ensuring an integrated marketing approach.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in the industrial or B2B sector.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing e-commerce sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
  • Language proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
