Ensure the business complies with Indonesian laws and industry regulations.
Draft, review, and revise internal compliance policies, SOPs, and business practices.
Manage internal compliance implementation across operations.
Support investigations on fraud, harassment, workplace violations, or non-compliance incidents.
Maintaining up-to-date written documentation about compliance policies, procedures, processes, and reports.
Provide compliance guidance for all initiatives, projects, and engagements of internal and external parties and act as a role model for the proper conduct for other business areas.
Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and other relevant business units.
Qualifications
Have a Law Degree.
Have at least 5 - year experience in compliance and PPGR in a FMCG multinational company (would be a plus).
Deep understanding of compliance and internal control governance and framework, with relevant knowledge in establishing and implementing policies and procedures within the company.
Strong project / stakeholder management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ethical integrity.
Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear presentations to interact with broad ranges of audiences or stakeholders with different background.
Ability to empathize and collaborate with various senior stakeholders from other functional teams.
Strong analytical abilities and structured thought process in order to make relevant policies.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
