Product Engineers (Mandarin Speaker : Electrical Troubleshoot)

Join OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing and be part of our dynamic Product Engineering (PE) team. We’re looking for a Product Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring technical support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in our production line, covering Electrical aspects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate technical issue resolution related to product quality and production KPIs.
  • Support the launch of new models and ensure readiness of technical and structural systems.
  • Monitor production performance, identify root causes of failure, and drive improvement projects.
  • Participate in weekly engineering meetings and collaborate cross-functionally (Production, QA, Logistics, etc.).
  • Manage repair and dismantling analysis projects to reduce defect rates and increase efficiency.
  • Provide data feedback and reporting for team and process improvement.
  • Align with local and overseas teams (including China) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : Open to fresh graduates with strong technical interest; preferred : 1–2 years in production, technical problem solving, or PE-related roles.
  • System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Technical Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
  • Able to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Languages : Fluent in English, Mandarin is a must
