About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax & Accounting Intern to join our team at PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk'. This is a full-time position based in Cibitung. As a Tax & Accounting Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial accounting and reporting functions within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns and other tax-related documentation
• Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes, audit financial statement & tax
• Supporting yearly tax calculations and reports
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Undertaking ad-hoc accounting and tax-related projects as required

Job Description

Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with PSAK and support group consolidation reporting for HQ Japan.

Manage corporate tax matters including PPN, PPh, PPh Badan, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations; also handle tax audits when required.

Manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations (AP / AR, GL, cash flow, and compliance with customs facilities such as Kawasan Berikat / Gudang Berikat).

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to improve efficiency and cost control.

Lead, supervise, and develop the finance & accounting team, while ensuring effective communication with management and external stakeholders.

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax

Working experience at least 5 years of progressive experience in FAT, with at least 2 years in managerial role

Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK), Local Tax laws and financial reporting requirements

Understand tax regulations and tax reporting, including PPN, PPh, PPh Badan, and experienced in handling Tax Audit

Understand the Group consolidation financial reporting requirements & experienced in financial lease

Familiar with finance and tax operations within companies granted customs facilities (Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat), Bonded Warehouse (Gudang Berikat), etc)
