Responsibilities :
Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, & reporting for program promotion & event initiatives for capital market product
Arrange budget tactical marketing & proposal preparation
Studies the market and identifies new opportunities for both product and distribution
Establishes strategy to support achievement of company revenue, profitability and market share objectives of the products.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, IT, and finance to create new beneficial programs & events. Qualification & Skills : Bachelor degree preferably in engineering, economic, marketing or business management
Min. 3 years in marketing, preferably in financial industry or startup (capital market, insurance, investment management, banking, or fintech)
Creative and innovative in making program and promotion for company growth (client and transaction)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Fast paced & outstanding ability in switching between tasks
Interested in strategic planning, project management & program development
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
Team player
Preferably proven experience in research & analyst stock market
WMI / WAPERD / WPPE / WPEE license
