Job descriptionWork with international cross-functional product teams to drive new growth, better engage with and understand our customers, and build new strategies through better use of data Partner with business and tech teams to develop key metrics for success measures (regular business activities and experiments) Ingest, process, visualize, and analyze new sources of data Communicate model results to the business and senior management team, proposing recommendations that suit business needs 3-8 years of working experience in Customer / Marketing Analytics Growth mindset, eager learner and humility in receiving feedback Strong logical reasoning and analytical mind, with can-do attitude Independent learner who enjoys technical challenges (Google is your best friend) Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with cross-departmental and cross-team project experience Experience in Agile workflow and GitHub Exposure with MixPanel, Google Analytics, and keyword analysis SQL, visualisation tools such as Tableau / QlikSense / Sisense / Periscope experience Knowledge of R / Python is a plus English is required Time off : Flexible paid vacations and holidays by country; personal days for birthdays and work anniversaries Flexible working : Support for diverse working styles and personal life Medical benefits : Health insurance for employees and dependents Mental health and wellness : Wellness initiatives and coaching Tech support : Company laptop and tools to enable high productivity Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Analyst Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting
