Job Summary : Developing and maintaining a company's brand through effective marketing strategies and plans, promotional programs and advertising campaigns, as well as establishing relationships with the mass media and business partners.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate marketing team
- Oversee currently running marketing campaigns
- Manage the marketing budget for the brand or product you handle, including planning, implementation and monitoring costs
- Conduct market research and data analysis to understand consumer needs and find new market opportunities
- Develop and supervise promotional programs and advertising campaigns to introduce brands or products to consumers
- Establish relationships with mass media and ensure that publications about your brand or product remain positive and profitable
Requirements
Currently aged 30-37 YOBachelor's degree, Have experience in FMCG / Building Material as a Manager for at least 2 years in marketing, branding and relevant fieldsHave good analytical skills in conducting market research, monitoring brand performance, and analyzing consumer dataCreative and can generate ideas for marketing campaignsHave good communication skills both verbally and in writingCan lead and direct team membersAble to manage many projects at once and manage task priorities wellPlacement in Jakarta#J-18808-Ljbffr
