Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the provision of a high-quality, efficient, and timely "employee life cycle" process for all relevant parties (departments, management, employees).
- Offer consultancy and support to business regarding HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Oversee all HR processes within the company, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, training, development, performance evaluation, HR issues, disciplinary topics, and exit processes.
- Plan, develop, and provide appropriate personnel services in alignment with corporate strategy and goals.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice, focusing on diversity management and employer branding.
- Manage training and development initiatives, including performance management and individual development planning.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in these areas; People Operations, Attract & Hire, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Talent & Leadership, Planning & Data Analytics : , Culture & Transformation.
Qualifikationen
Required education level :
Bachelor degree or aboveMaster in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferredExperience type of :
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Dept. with at least 2 years in a leadership roleExperience working in a matrix organization, managing different stakeholder’s expectationsSignificant experience of successfully managing the co-ordination and delivery of key HR services and employee relationsExperience in handling projectsSpecific knowledge / Skills :
Excellent English, additional language (German) is a plus.Broad knowledge of HR functions, policies and processesHigh communication skills with different stakeholders, ability to abstract / analytical and strategic thinking, negotiation skill.Good understanding of the regulations and compliance of Indonesian Employment and Labor Law.Knowledge in dealing with employee relations issues including health management, grievance, disciplinary, capability, terms and conditions of employment and change management.Knowledge of project management and project lifecycleBasic knowledge of ISO 1BenefitsBetriebsarztGute AnbindungParkplatzKantine, Café
