Finance Accounting Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (2+ years in a Supervisor / Manager role)
• Strong knowledge of PSAK / IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and financial reporting skills (cash flow, budgeting, forecasting)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and integrity
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
