About the Role

Aden Indonesia is looking for a Commercial & Client Relations to manage contracts, purchase orders, and client communication across both remote sites (mining, oil & gas) and corporate facilities. This role is central to ensuring smooth commercial operations while building trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor purchase orders, contract lifecycles, and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with terms & conditions, while maintaining accurate records
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
  • Build long-term relationships with procurement, finance, and operational stakeholders
  • Provide reporting and KPI tracking to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial administration, client relations, or sales support within facilities management, mining, oil & gas, or corporate services
  • Proven experience in PO management, contract administration, and B2B client communications
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Skilled in negotiation, compliance monitoring, and client relationship management
  • Comfortable working with both remote industrial sites and corporate environments
  • Proficient in MS Office and contract management platforms
