As an Application Support Engineer, you are responsible for the operation of ASYX applications. You will monitor and maintain applications and follow up on any deviations from normal operating conditions. You will handle 2nd line support requests, take corrective actions to restore normal operation, and analyze the root causes of incidents. Based on your analysis, you will propose changes to prevent similar incidents in the future. You will report directly to the Technical Operations Lead.
