Job description

Job Descriptions :

  • Manage / Finalize weekly, and monthly reporting for HQ (performance review / by project task)
  • Forecasting and daily planner for Sales revenue and report to HQ
  • Participate in all HQ related meeting as request from Top Management
  • Work with HQ platform to coordinate overall strategic plan in Company
  • Drive and assist Top Management request to finish Company Level project
  • Cooperate with Legal to finish all HQ related circulation, and ensure it released on time

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Management / Economic or minimum same job related experience
  • Able to speak Mandarin & English is a must
  • Ability to assist mandarin reporting to C Level / Top Management Level
  • Appropriate skills and experience in an organizational planning environment
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point / Excel / Word)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Friendly with number, analytical thinking and draw logical conclusions
