Your role

We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The Senior Business Controller serves as the financial leader of the lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through financial planning, analysis‌ and reporting. The role requires aligning financial decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.

Job Scope :

• Responsible for assisting the CFO and Regional Controlling Team (based in SG) in managing majority of finance and accounting activities to achieve business and financial objectives.
• Responsible from financial planning & analysis, accounting as well as finance internal controls enhancement in the respective business segment.
• Provides key support in business partnering, managing and improving finance processes and controls for the Indonesia market.
• Lead and manage the country business control team to ensure all controlling activities performed diligently.
