Job Description

• Overall responsibility for the Accounting system and preparation of the monthly profit and loss and balance Sheet and other related financial information reports.
• Reviewing and approval of monthly general ledger reconciliations; coordinating the budget cycle timetable and responsibilities with managers and executives
• Preparation of the consolidated budgets for presentation to management
• Co-ordination and review of monthly departmental cost variance reporting
• Overseeing the finance team including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Overseeing approvals of payment and disbursements of funds
• Preparation and management of cash flow forecast
• Management of cash position
