• Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Having at least 2-3 Year(s) of working experiences in Sales or Supply Chain environment, previously working with Distributors will be a plus point.
• Fluent in English.
• A strong drive to make things happen, and can influence in a multicultural setting.
• Excellent logical, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications.
• A quick learner to absorb new knowledge and a strong drive to make things happen.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to embrace change and innovation.
• Independent, autonomous, can work without high supervision.
• Willing to travel accross Indonesia.
