Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow new business opportunities
- Lead online & offline canvassing efforts to expand the leads pipeline
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and partners
- Negotiate and structure commercial deals based on client needs and market trends
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new customers understand and maximize the value of our products / services
- Drive user performance by analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketplace operations and customer experience
- Monitor market trends and competitors to develop innovative approaches for business growth
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
Job Requirements :
4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account managementProven track record in the marketplace, agency, or omnichannel industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environmentHighly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to changing prioritiesStrong analytical skills to evaluate performance and market opportunitiesPLACEMENT : Bandung / Jakarta
