As the Business Director Indonesia, your main responsibilities will include :
- Driving strategic initiatives in order to enhance client relationships and business growth.
- Leading sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and market share expansion.
- Leveraging the use of digital solutions to drive market penetration.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Monitoring industry trends and identifying new opportunities for growth in Indonesia.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Leading, developing and coaching sales-driven team members to deliver strong business growths.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in the financial services sector.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the sales team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Working closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations in both local and regional market, to ensure alignment in sales processes, product fit, and implementation timelines.
- Reporting on progress and presenting insights to senior management to support strategic decisions.
