Job description

Responsibilities

Ensure and support for implementation of ISO 22000 : 2018, audit certification government (NKV, PSAT, SMKPO), internal audit GMP, and halal certification.
Ensure and support for developing, verifying and validating HACCP system (Swab Test, Water Test, Product Test, Personal Hygiene Test).
Monitor and develop preventive and corrective actions as well as hazard analysis related to product safety.
Ensure and support for implementation and produce Traceability Report, Recall Simulation Report, Emergency preparedness simulation report.
Conduct, report, and follow up GMP audit and Internal Audit Food Safety.
Collaborate with document control to maintain all change management.
Ensure and support for program training on food safety for all operational employees.
Location : Head Office Ranch Market Pesanggrahan, Kembangan Selatan, Jakarta Barat.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in MIPA Science, Food Science, Food Tech, Agriculture, Fishery, Animal Science or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as QA in Supermarket Industry, Food and Beverage Industry or Manufacturing.

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 22000 : 2018, HACCP, GMP) and Halal Management System.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external auditors.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional proof of food safety training certificates, GMP training certificates, HACCP, Halal Management System training certificates can be considered an added value.

Willingness to be placed at Head Office Ranch Market Pesanggrahan, Kembangan Selatan, Jakarta Barat.
