Qualification :

1. Fast Learner & curious, we expect you havent handled CIAM before

2. Good English, youll be working with people from multiple country

3. Have good background on these technologies :

• LDAP / Directory Services
• Database Platform
• API programming is also good addition
• Min D3 IT or any

Responsibilities :

1. Work in a team with shifting schedule

2. Manage CIAM system on a banking client

3. Received incident / request escalation from IT users

4. Investigate & troubleshoot the CIAM systems

5. Plan and execute configuration changes

6. Plan and support improvement activities, such as : new integration, system upgrade, etc

7. Support regular major activities, such as : DR Drill, capacity expansion, etc
