Determine the scheme to emphasize the features product / service, credit term, as well as the process flow for the product to work properly.
Achieved qualified product percentage lending national and Supervised SF proposal from all region / area.
Monitor sales performance in both product and lending in alignment with criteria and analyze issues related to product, credit, and lending.
Analyze the development and implementation of product strategies in compliance with market needs and the company's business objectives.
Created strategies to observe product, lending, and credit issues with related parties.
Lead the development and enhancement of lending products by strategies to meet market demand and customer needs by managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, to launch, to post-launch performance monitoring.
Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Banking and Management.
Having a minimum 5 years in the field of banking and credit, and has a certificate of credit administration.
Have a strong understanding of credit analysis principles and practices to evaluate borrower creditworthiness.
Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality assurance practices to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of lending products.
Strong interpersonal communication.
Have a high level of observation, especially with existing problems, and be able to determine solutions quickly by using analytical thinking.
