Chef De Partie

Ready to elevate your culinary journey? In this role, you will be a key member of our kitchen team, specializing in the art of dim sum. You will lead with skill and creativity, crafting dishes that delight our guests and leave a lasting impression.

What you will be doing :

• Ensure the quality and consistency of all dim sum items prepared, following property recipes and standards
• Lead, train, and support team members in dim sum preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Actively contribute ideas for menu development and improvement of kitchen processes
• Communicate effectively with the team and respond positively to guest feedback to enhance the dining experience

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
