Job description

Overview

Prepare and develop product and marketing concepts according to the Brand guidelines. Implement marketing plans and strategies to support and build the brand image in a way that resonates with consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Regulate all aspects of brand activities, including consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer and trade promotions, market research, product development, and pricing.
  • Win market competition for existing products.
  • Evaluate new products that use the brand during the launch period.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field, especially Personal Care, Toiletries, Hair Care, Cosmetics, Farmasi and FMCG.
  • Required Skill(s) : brand management, brand development, marketing, promotion.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent.
  • Willing to travel domestically.
